Requirements

• Technical University graduate, preferably in Mechanical Engineering;
• Experience in the quality field – customer and suppliers complaints management – preferably in the automotive industry;
• Knowledge regarding quality management standards requirements: ISO9001, ISO / TS16949, VDA-GAC;
• Good understanding of the following methods: 8D Problem Solving 5 Why, Ishikawa Diagram;

Responsibilities

• Ensures and follows the production program regarding quality, quantity, delivery time and profitability. Verification of documents related to the production and resolving of differences;
• Control of the necessary personnel, raw materials and arrangement of their allocation. Taking remedial measures, namely finding alternatives in the production process, redirect of technological flow, methods of work in the event of disruptions in the production process;

• Organization of self – controlling for the integrated system of quality assurance.
