Internship

• Students: year 2, year 3, master;
• Period: min 3 months (July – September);
• Program: 8h/day;
• Responsibility of a summer project;
• The opportunity to receive a scholarship after the completion of the internship program.

Working student

• Students: all years of study;
• Period: longer time (minimum 6 months);
• Program: part time/full time;
• Possibility to make contact with production lines.

Internship period

• Students: graduates of higher education;
• Period: 6 months;
• Program: 8h/day;
• Possibility of employment.

Undergraduate Program

• Students: terminal year;
• Period: 6 months;
• The possibility of completing the bachelor /master’s degree theme within the company.

 

Theme 1: “Realization of manufacturing technology and economic analysis for an X-part in the STA/STC production hall”:

Who can apply?

Students from the following faculties/specializations, in their fourth year of studies:
• Machine Building Technology (TCM)
• Robotics
• Industrial Economic Engineering

Necessary knowledge

• Technical drawing
• Design in one of the softwares: SolidWorks, Catia V5, Inventor
• Materials
• Cutting processing technologies
• Cutting tools and cutting regimes

What qualities should the student have?

• High level of technical knowledge
• Independent
• Self-taught
• Willingness to go to the company’s headquarters whenever necessary

 

Theme 2: “Mindfulness, emotional self-regulation – How emotional state influences attitude at work”:

Who can apply?

Students from the following specializations, who are in the fourth year of studies:
• Psychology/Sociology

Necessary knowledge

• Microsoft Office: Excel Word

Interests

• Human Behavior
• Motivation and motivational factors at work
• Work-life balance

What qualities should the student have?

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Desire to learn

Selection criteria

• Full-time college student;
• English language skills;
• Computer operating;
• Team spirit, flexibility;
• Knowledge of German language is an advantage.
