The Star Assembly assembles eight-speed dual-clutch automatic gearboxes as well as nine-speed transmissions for Mercedes-Benz.

Production of the 9G-Tronic nine-speed automatic transmission began in 2016, the eight-speed 8G-DCT in 2019, followed by the hybrid version in 2020. Our transmissions work in a quiet way, and this does not it is accidental; is due to the precision with which the components of the gearbox are made. In 2018, the inauguration of the production facility dedicated to the remanufacturing of transmissions and electro-hydraulic control units took place. In the production process, the remanufacturing of parts leads to a considerable saving of raw materials and energy, the balance between technological development and natural resources being important for us.
