Hall no. 7, with a surface area of 1,320 square meters, divided into two compartments (finished part storeroom and forged semi-finished product storeroom), ensures an optimized flow of materials. The ramp behind the hall facilitates the loading and unloading of materials. On the hall’s ramp, STC organized the summer party, when Dr. Vüllers handed over to Dr. Haufe the mission of running STC.
After starting to design engine parts in 2007, the “engineering and calculation services” field is extended by the recruitment of new designers.
THE METAL CHIP HALL, equipped with a centrifuge and a metal chip press, ensures the appropriate management of this type of waste. STC is the only company in Transylvania that processes metal chips at this level, in accordance with the European standards.
The first order for a complex device is fulfilled in record time, i.e. 2 months. This order included 16 devices meant to check the tightness of the cylinder head chambers for two types of engines, 276 and 278.
